FULL WARRANTY TERMS:
All buildings built and sold by 5-Star Structures come with a full five-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. (See conditions and limitations.)

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS:
Beyond the full five-year warranty, all materials used in the construction of the building will be warranted by their manufacturer, and may or may not include labor.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

• This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. A receipt or dated proof of purchase will be required before warranty services can be rendered.
• Building must be maintained properly, including, but not limited to, repainting/staining, level foundation with adequate drainage. Base kept clear of leaves, grass and debris.
• Moving building from original location or any alteration to building will void warranty.
• 5-Star Structures reserves the right to discontinue or change material or components at any time.
  If the material or a component has been discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to substitute either of equal quality and compatibility.

EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY:

• Color change due to or arising from normal weathering.
• Damage resulting from misuse or neglect and commercial use.
• Damages resulting from building and/or foundation shifting or settling.
• Natural disasters, fire, flooding, wind damage and other causes beyond our control.
• 5-Star Structures will not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property stored in buildings. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty.
• There are no express warranties except as listed above, and all express warranties are limited to the warranty period set forth above. In the event that your building is found defective and under warranty, we will repair or replace the defect at 5 Star Structures discretion and free of charge. All repairs will be made within a reasonable time and weather permitting.
